Modern Slavery Policy
The Red Fox Group
1. Purpose
At The Red Fox Group, we are committed to operating ethically and with integrity. This policy outlines our approach to identifying and minimising the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains, in line with the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all staff, contractors, and suppliers engaged by The Red Fox Group.
3. Understanding Modern Slavery
Modern slavery includes serious exploitation such as human trafficking, forced labour, servitude, debt bondage, child labour and forced marriage. These practices are illegal and contrary to our values.
4. Our Commitment
As a software company based in Australia, our business has a relatively low risk of modern slavery. Nevertheless, we are committed to:
- Being alert to the risks of modern slavery in the technology sector
- Working with reputable suppliers who uphold ethical labour standards
- Taking any concerns raised seriously and responding appropriately
- Reviewing our policy and practices if our operations grow or change significantly
5. Suppliers and Third Parties
Our suppliers are primarily Australian or international technology companies. We expect them to comply with relevant laws, including modern slavery legislation, and to operate in a fair and transparent manner. We avoid working with suppliers where we are aware of unethical labour practices.
6. Reporting Concerns
Anyone working with or for The Red Fox Group can report suspected modern slavery concerns directly to our leadership team. All reports will be handled sensitively and without retaliation.
7. Review and Improvement
This policy will be reviewed annually or if there is a significant change to our business activities or risk profile.
