‍Partners Program Terms and Conditions ‍

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the SwiftFox CRM Partner Referral Program. By applying to become a referrer and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions: ‍

1. Eligibility: ‍

1.1 To be eligible for the Partner Referral Program, you must be 18 years of age or older.

1.2 Referrers can be individuals or businesses.

2. Application and Approval:

2.1 To join the Partner Referral Program, you must complete the application form accurately and provide all required information.

2.2 SwiftFox CRM reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2.3 If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation, your unique referral code, and a dedicated contact from our SwiftFox Client Experience Team.

3. Referral Tracking:

3.1 Referrers are responsible for sharing referrals with your Client Experience Team contact. All referrals will be tracked using your unique code.

3.2 SwiftFox CRM will track referrals based on the information provided by the referred client during the sign-up process.

4. Referral Rewards:

4.1 Referrers will be eligible for referral rewards when a referred client signs up for a paid subscription of SwiftFox CRM.

4.2 The referred client must complete a minimum subscription term of 90 days for the referral to be considered successful.

4.3 The nature and value of the referral rewards will be determined by SwiftFox CRM and communicated to the referrer upon application approval.

4.4 Referral rewards will be distributed to referrers according to the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly, quarterly).

5. Prohibited Activities:

5.1 Referrers are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards.

5.2 Referrers must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices to obtain referrals.

5.3 Referrers must not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of SwiftFox CRM.

6. Modifications and Termination:

6.1 SwiftFox CRM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Referral Program at any time and for any reason.

6.2 Referrers will be provided with reasonable notice of any program modifications or termination.

6.3 In the event of program termination, any pending referral rewards will be honoured if the referred client meets the eligibility criteria.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

7.1 Referrers must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by SwiftFox CRM.

7.2 Referrers shall not use SwiftFox CRM's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1 SwiftFox CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the participation in the Partner Referral Program.

8.2 The maximum liability of SwiftFox CRM in connection with the Partner Referral Program shall not exceed the total referral rewards received by the referrer.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Partner Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Severability:

10.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the SwiftFox CRM Partner Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. SwiftFox CRM reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
