Users can create a document in Microsoft Word and insert merge fields from SwiftFox to populate specific details.
Use default merge fields
Users can use default merge fields to include various details in their documents. These fields are grouped as follows:
- Personal Details: Title, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, Known As, Occupation, Date of Birth.
- Organisational Details: Stakeholder Leader Name, Primary Organisation, Primary Organisation Position.
- Contact Details: Email, Mobile Phone, Postal Address, Street Address.
