Use default merge fields

Users can use default merge fields to include various details in their documents. These fields are grouped as follows:

• Personal Details: Title, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, Known As, Occupation, Date of Birth.
• Organisational Details: Stakeholder Leader Name, Primary Organisation, Primary Organisation Position.
• Contact Details: Email, Mobile Phone, Postal Address, Street Address.
• Financial Information:
  • Subscription Arrears
  • Total Amount Paid This Financial Year
  • Total Amount Paid Last Financial Year
  • Total Amount Paid This Calendar Year
  • Total Amount Paid Last Calendar Year
