SwiftFox Emails lets you send bulk email campaigns or one-to-one emails to contacts directly from your account. Everything runs through a guided four-step campaign builder, a searchable Campaigns list, and post-send analytics at both campaign and contact level.
Where it lives
Emails is in the left-hand menu. If you can't see it, the feature isn't enabled for your account or your permissions don't allow it — see Permissions & access to Emails.
How sending works
- A sending domain (Settings → Communications → Email settings) lets you send from your own domain for better deliverability.
- Email campaign categories classify each send and control what recipients see on their email preferences page.
- Email tags are internal labels for classifying and segmenting campaigns.
- Recipients come from a fixed list of People or Organisations.
The four-step builder
Every campaign is built in four steps: Campaign (name, category, tags, A/B testing) → Recipients (the list, sender, subject and other details) → Design (the email canvas) → Schedule (Standard, SwiftPredict or Staggered). See The campaign builder and Design your email.
After sending
Track Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Updated Preferences, Blocked/Dropped and Spam on the campaign page, per-link click activity on the Links tab, a single contact's history on their Insights tab, and organisation-wide trends on the Emails Dashboard. See Reporting & analytics.

Saved views on the Emails table
Above the Emails table is a row of view tabs. Each is a saved view that remembers its own filters, sort order and hidden columns, so you can switch between different cuts of your campaigns without rebuilding the filters each time. Your account starts with a Default view and your team adds its own alongside it. Export on the top bar writes the campaigns table to a CSV file, following the columns, filters and sort order of the view you are looking at — see Saved views on the Emails, Forms and Events tables.
Saved views are shared across your organisation — everyone sees them, and anyone with the Manage Saved Views permission can change them.
