The Calls landing page — opened from the left navigation — lists every call list you've created, with live stats for each and a per-list actions menu. This is your control centre for monitoring progress and managing lists. Two buttons sit at the top-right: Create call list and Bulk call list.

The Calls table

Each call list is a row in the table. The columns are:

  • Call List Name — the name you gave the list. Click the Start call button (the phone icon) on the row to open the in-call console.
  • Survey — the Form attached to the list.
  • Sentiment — the sentiment summary for the list (applies to users using VoIP, since sentiment comes from VoIP-call transcripts).
  • Called — how many Contacts have been called.
  • Remaining — how many Contacts are still to be worked.
  • Call Back — Contacts tagged Schedule callback.
  • Voicemail — Contacts you Left voicemail for.
  • No Answer — Contacts tagged No answer.
  • Total Calls — the overall total for the list.

Together these columns give you an at-a-glance view of how far through a list you are and how the calls are landing.

Per-list actions menu

Each row has an actions menu (the three-dot / Settings button) with these options:

  • Generate report — produce a report for the list.
  • Edit — adjust the list.
  • Voicemail list — re-queue everyone you Left voicemail for.
  • Not answered — re-queue everyone tagged No answer.
  • Callback later list — re-queue Contacts tagged Schedule callback to call at a better time.
  • Rename — change the list's name.
  • Delete — remove the list.

Monitoring progress

  • Use Called and Remaining to see how far through each list you are.
  • Watch the Call Back, Voicemail and No Answer columns to decide when to spin up a follow-up queue.
  • For VoIP users, the Sentiment column shows how conversations are trending across the list.
  • Inside a list, the console's My activity action shows your individual calling activity.
