Accreditation data is available in List Builder, so you can segment records on their accreditation status and then email or export the results. In List Builder the criteria are grouped under Goals — this label has not yet been updated to Accreditation.
Building an accreditation segment
- Go to List Builder and start a new list (or edit an existing one). Choose the List Category — People or Organisations.
- On the Conditions step, click Add Criteria and open the field list.
- Expand the Goals group and choose a criterion.
- Combine and refine criteria until the list returns the records you want.
- Save as a fixed list (a point-in-time set) or a live list (one that re-evaluates as data changes).
Available accreditation criteria (Goals group)
- Goal name — which accreditation framework the record holds.
- Status — the accreditation's status.
- Autorenew — whether it is set to auto-renew.
- Current Period Only — restrict to the record's current period.
- Achieved — whether requirements are met.
- Start Date / End Date — the accreditation period.
- Total Points — the points accrued.
What to do with the segment
- Bulk email — for example, email everyone not Achieved in the Current Period to remind them to finish, or congratulate those who have.
- Export to Excel — pull the list out for reporting or to share with program coordinators.
- Reuse the list — a live list keeps re-qualifying records as their points change (ideal for an ongoing "behind on CPD" audience); a fixed list captures a snapshot.
Tips
- Combine Achieved = No with Current Period Only and an End Date within the next month to target members running out of time.
- Pair List Builder with the Accreditation Action Centre: use the Action Centre for monitoring and export, and List Builder to act on a segment (email) or combine accreditation criteria with other attributes.
