Each row in a project supports its own collaboration tools — you can open it in full, attach Tasks, discuss it in comments, and control who can see or change it.
View a row
- Click the Eye icon on the row to open it and see all of its details in a full view.
Create and assign Tasks
- Click the Tasks icon on the row to create a task linked to that row.
- This opens the standard SwiftFox Tasks screen, where you can assign the task and set its details. The task stays linked to the row so the work and the record are connected.
Comment on a row
- Click Comments to discuss the row with your team.
- @tag people in a comment to notify them. Tagged users receive a notification through SwiftFox's standard notification flow.
Row settings, permissions and deletion
- Click the row's Settings (⋯) icon to open the row menu, which offers:
- Create a task — create a task linked to the row (the same as the Tasks icon).
- Sharing permissions — adjust who can see or change that specific row (see Sharing permissions across folder, table, column and row).
- Delete — remove the row.
Tips
- Use row Tasks to turn a record into actionable follow-up without leaving Projects.
- Use comments to keep discussion attached to the row itself, so context isn't lost in email or chat.
