Dashboards are provisioned on the back end by the SwiftFox team — they are not something you build yourself in the app. To get a new dashboard, or to change an existing one, you go through your account manager.
Why dashboards are not self-service
New dashboards must be added by the SwiftFox team. Dashboard creation and availability are managed on the back end, so end users cannot build their own dashboards from within the product.
How to request a new build
- Identify what you need — the metrics, tables and any account-specific reporting the dashboard should cover.
- Contact your account manager to discuss the build.
- The SwiftFox team provisions the dashboard on the back end, and it appears in Dashboard Centre — open Dashboards in the left-hand menu — when ready.
What you can request
- A new standard dashboard to be enabled for your account.
- A new account-specific (bespoke) dashboard tailored to your requirements.
- Changes to an existing dashboard (for example new widgets or different metrics).
- Enabling Add to Home Screen support for a widget that does not currently support it.
Notes
Because provisioning happens on the back end, allow time for the build. Your account manager is the single point of contact for all dashboard requests and changes.
