Calls lets you build targeted call lists from your Contacts, fill in a Survey (a Form) live while you're on each call, log the outcome of every call, and — when VoIP is set up — place outbound calls directly inside SwiftFox with live transcription and sentiment analysis.

You open Calls from the left navigation. This opens the Calls landing page, which lists every call list you've created alongside its live stats (Survey, Sentiment, Called, Remaining, Call Back, Voicemail, No Answer and Total Calls).

What you can do with Calls

  • Build call lists from an existing List of Contacts and/or by adding individual people, with a Survey (Form) attached for live data capture.
  • Work a call queue from the in-call console, which surfaces the next Contact, their phone number, the attached Survey and rich context about that person.
  • Place calls inside SwiftFox with the Connect call button (VoIP), and transcribe the conversation live.
  • Log outcomes against each Contact — No answer, Left voicemail, Wrong number, Abusive caller or Schedule callback — and re-queue those outcomes into focused follow-up lists.
  • Track performance per list from the Calls landing page, including a Sentiment column for VoIP users.

How Calls connects to the rest of SwiftFox

Calls is closely tied to several other features:

  • Lists — the audience for a call list is imported from a People List; only Contacts that have a phone number are added.
  • Forms — every call list is tied to a Survey (a Form), completed live during each call (built in the Forms builder).
  • Posts — completing the Survey, or finishing a transcribed VoIP call, writes a Post onto the Contact.
  • Tasks — create follow-up Tasks during a call, auto-linked to the current Contact.
  • Events — view a Contact's invite status and add them to an Event without leaving the call.
  • VoIP & transcription — in-app calling, live transcription and sentiment analysis, available via the Connect call button.

Who Calls is for

Calls suits any team that runs outbound calling at volume — member welcome calls, renewal or lapsed-member outreach, survey campaigns, event follow-ups or fundraising. You can use it with or without VoIP: with VoIP you get in-app dialling, transcripts and sentiment; without it you call from your own phone and log outcomes manually.

The Calls screen also works on mobile devices — menus fit the screen and buttons are easy to tap — so you can work through a call list from your phone.

Where to go next

  • Creating a call list — the Survey → Audience → Review flow.
  • The in-call console — every pane and context tab explained.
  • VoIP & live transcription — calling inside SwiftFox and reading transcripts.
  • Logging surveys & outcomes — capturing results and tagging calls.
  • Building follow-up queues — turning outcomes into new call lists.
