This page brings together the most common Communications Wallet tasks as quick, numbered procedures. Each links conceptually to the detailed guide for that area.
Open the wallet
- Log in to your SwiftFox account.
- Click Settings in the main navigation.
- Under Finance & usage, click Wallet.
- If you use Circles, confirm the correct Circle is selected.
Do a one-off (quick) top-up
- On the Wallet settings, find the Quick Top-Up card.
- Click a preset amount, or type a custom amount (for example, 25).
- Review Net Top-Up, GST and card surcharge in the breakdown.
- Select a card from the card dropdown if you have more than one.
- Click Confirm and wait for the confirmation message.
Set up auto top-up
- Scroll to the Auto Top-Up card.
- Enter the threshold in When balance is below (for example, 25).
- Enter the top-up amount in Add (for example, 60).
- Check the live breakdown for GST and processing fees.
- Select a card from the Card dropdown.
- (Optional) Toggle Email Receipts on and enter an email address.
- (Optional) Set an End Date.
- Click Save.
Add a payment card
- Click Manage Wallet.
- Open the Cards tab.
- Click Add Card.
- Select the Provider (typically Stripe).
- (Optional) Enter a card label.
- Enter the card number, expiry date and CVC.
- Click Save.
Remove a payment card
- Click Manage Wallet.
- Open the Cards tab.
- Click the menu (three dots) next to the card.
- Click Remove.
- Confirm.
Download an invoice
- Scroll to the Detailed Activity table.
- Find the top-up row you want.
- Click View Invoice.
- Save or print the PDF.
Check usage and rates
- In the Fee summary card, review per-unit costs for Emails, Text messages and Calls.
- Click View usage & rates to open the detail drawer.
- Click a channel's row to see its inclusions.
- Close the drawer.
Export transactions to CSV
- Open the Detailed Activity table.
- Apply the date filter and quick filter (All Transactions, Usage or Top-Ups).
- Click Export.
- The CSV downloads with the currently displayed rows.
Recover from a blocked send
- Note the "Insufficient wallet balance available" error.
- Go to Settings → Finance & usage → Wallet.
- Complete a Quick Top-Up or enable Auto Top-Up.
- Return to your campaign and click Send (or Confirm and Send) again.
