Enablement

Ready to use it, not just trained on it

Hands-on product training from kickoff through cutover, built around the features you're actually implementing and the pace your team learns at.

You don't have to buy this

Every SwiftFox customer gets the Academy. Enablement is for teams who'd rather be taught than teach themselves.

Teach yourselves — SwiftFox Academy

Free with every licence. No user caps, no time limit. Video covering every corner of the platform, plus live masterclasses. Plenty of teams run their entire rollout on it and never book a session with us.

Have us teach you — Enablement

Live sessions in your own environment with your own data, shaped around your implementation. Your order form sets the allowance. Add to it if you want more, leave it if you don't.

Same service. Different shape

Enablement isn't a fixed programme. Four organisations, four very different amounts of training

How it works

1
We work out who needs to know what

Not everyone needs the same training. We map roles against the features you're implementing and find out what your team already knows. Some customers have seasoned CRM administrators, others are coming off paper and spreadsheets.

2
We build the plan around your team

Weekly sessions across a few months so people can practise in between. Or intensive workshops in the run-up to cutover, with follow-ups once real work starts. Whichever suits how your team learns.

3
Sessions run in your own environment

Practical and hands-on, with your own data. We walk through how the platform handles the work your team actually does, and answer the specific questions they bring.

4
We're there through cutover

Final run-throughs, and cover for the questions that only surface under real pressure in the first weeks.

5
Then we hand over to the Academy

The goal is that you don't need us. Your team continues in the Academy at their own pace, and new starters onboard themselves.

6
Want more? Say so

If the pace isn't working, or a new team comes on board, your account manager can add sessions. You'll see the cost before anything is booked.

Where enablement stops

Being clear about this upfront means you get the right specialist rather than a general answer.

What enablement covers:

Teaching your team how the platform handles their day-to-day work

Walking through your processes in SwiftFox, step by step

Guiding configuration decisions as you make them

Answering the detailed operational questions your staff bring

Building real confidence, not just attendance

What enablement doesn’t cover:

Scoping or building new features

Redesigning your business processes

Organisational change management

Advice on operations or strategy beyond the platform

Building real confidence, not just attendance

If a requirement turns out to be a genuine gap in what the platform does, that's Solutions design's job. We'll bring them in rather than guess at it.

Data services

Your history, brought across intact

We map records into SwiftFox instead of spreadsheets, with trial migrations and validation before cutover. Afterwards, dashboards, reporting environments and exports that feed your own tools.

Prepare and load the data yourself — some teams do — or hand the whole thing over.

For the requirements that only surface once you're in it

Someone tests an edge case, or an old process won't map. We start by working out whether the platform already does it another way, because more often than not it does.

When it genuinely doesn't, you get a documented scope and a real estimate before anything is built

Your enablement plan gets built around your team’s needs

If you're already underway and the pace isn't working, say so. Your account manager can reshape it — format, frequency, who attends. None of it is fixed.
