The wallet lives under Settings → Finance & usage → Wallet. This page covers how to open it and the three ways it can be configured on your account.

Opening the wallet

  1. Log in to your SwiftFox account.
  2. Click Settings in the main navigation.
  3. Under Finance & usage, click Wallet.

The Wallet settings open. From here you can view your balance, do quick top-ups, configure auto top-up, manage payment cards, and review transactions and summaries.

If your account uses Circles, make sure you have the correct Circle selected before opening the wallet — each Circle may have its own balance and cards.

What's on the Wallet settings

The Wallet settings contain the following sections:

  • Available Balance — your current balance, with a quick setup button.
  • Quick Top-Up — add funds immediately.
  • Fee summary — per-unit costs for Emails, Text messages and Calls, with a View usage & rates link for inclusions and detail.
  • Auto Top-Up — automatic top-up configuration.
  • Cards — saved payment methods, managed via the Manage Wallet button (Cards tab).
  • Detailed Activity — a transaction table with filters, sorting and export.
  • Monthly Summary — rolled-up usage and spend per month.
  • Daily Summary — day-by-day usage and top-ups.

How the wallet is configured

There are three configuration models. Which one applies to you is set by SwiftFox during account setup.

  • Account-wide wallet — used automatically when your account has no Circles. A single wallet covers all activity, and all usage, top-ups, cards and transactions are shared across the account.
  • Wallet per Circle — each Circle has its own independent wallet, balance, cards and transaction history. Top-ups, auto top-up settings and transactions are isolated per Circle.
  • Shared global wallet — Circles exist but point to the same account-level wallet. All Circles share one balance and see the same transactions and summaries.

Wallet configuration is set up by SwiftFox during account setup. Circle wallet configuration is managed in the Circle config using the wallet organisation ID, which corresponds to your organisation record in production. Contact SwiftFox Support if you need to change which model your account uses.

See Shared wallets & Circles for full detail on how each model behaves day to day.
