Managing payment cards

Payment cards are stored securely with the payment provider and used for both quick top-ups and auto top-up. SwiftFox does not store the full card number.

Adding a new card

1. On the Wallet settings, click the Manage Wallet button.
2. In the Manage Wallet dialog, click the Cards tab.
3. Click Add Card.
4. In the Provider dropdown, select your payment provider (typically Stripe).
5. (Optional) Enter a card label to identify the card (for example, Corporate Credit Card).
6. Enter the card number, expiry date and CVC in the secure card form.
7. Click Save.

The new card appears in the Cards tab and is available to select when topping up. Card details are stored securely with the payment provider — SwiftFox does not store the full card number.

Managing saved cards

In the Cards tab you can:

• View all cards saved against this wallet.
• Select which card to use for quick top-ups.
• Select which card to use for auto top-up.
• Remove cards you no longer need.

Choosing the card for a top-up

• For a quick top-up: click the card dropdown in the Quick Top-Up card and select the card you want.
• For auto top-up: scroll to Auto Top-Up, choose a different card from the Card dropdown, then click Save.

Removing a card

1. Click Manage Wallet.
2. Open the Cards tab.
3. Click the menu (three dots) next to the card.
4. Click Remove.
5. Confirm the removal.

Where cards are stored

Cards are stored against the wallet's organisation. If you use a wallet per Circle, each Circle maintains its own independent list of cards. See Shared wallets & Circles for more on how this works.
