May was another big month in SwiftFox. We shipped the new Contact Management preferences panel (including the ability to pause contact for a set period), rolled out a stack of Calls & Visits UI improvements across desktop and mobile, and added new search options in List Builder so it’s easier to find and act on engagement activity.

We also pushed forward on some highly requested admin and website upgrades — including custom fonts for SwiftFox Websites, plus the new ability for admins to create and manage API keys directly in-app (with expiry and disable controls for better security).

John and Jaxen are back with their monthly recap, running through May’s highlights and sharing a look at what’s already in motion for June — including email template folders, continued forms enhancements (mobile responsiveness, discounts, seat holds, and more), and ongoing automation upgrades.

Highlights from May

Manage contact preferences

Stop jumping between screens to check who's opted in or out. The new Contact Preferences section puts every communication preference for a person or organisation in one place. Set contact rules, flag do‑not‑contact records, and stay compliant without the guesswork.

UI refresh for Calls and Visits

Calling volunteers sometimes miss outcome options because they're tucked away behind a secondary menu — and that means lost data. The refreshed Calls UI brings everything into view. A cleaner two-column layout puts call outcomes right where you need them, alongside a new action toolbar that makes it easy to log callbacks, create tasks, and stay on top of your activity without hunting around the screen.

Call and visit results

Build smarter lists using actual contact history. Filter by calls and visits to find people based on when they were contacted, what the outcome was, who reached out, and whether it worked. No more guessing or digging through records—just set your criteria and get the list.

Email editor undo/redo

Make mistakes without the stress. The email editor now lets you undo and redo changes while you're building campaigns—so you can experiment freely, reverse errors in a click, and move faster without fear of breaking your design.

Refund event bookings

Someone bought too many tickets and needs a refund. It happens. Now you can process full or partial refunds directly in SwiftFox—adjusting bookings, tickets, and capacity in real‑time. Whether you're refunding an entire booking or just dropping a few seats, everything stays accurate and up to date.

Custom site fonts

Brand consistency matters—especially when different sites serve different audiences. Self‑hosted fonts scoped to individual sites mean each site gets its own visual identity without cross‑contamination. Upload fonts once, assign them where they belong, and keep your brand look sharp and site‑specific.

API settings page

Give admins full control over API access with a dedicated settings page. Create, manage, and rotate API keys with custom expiry dates, user assignments, and scope controls—all from one simple interface. It's security and flexibility in one place, so you can connect SwiftFox to your stack without worrying about who has access to what.
