The Support Centre brings everything together in one place. Whether you're reporting system issue, looking for help, or wanting to make a suggestion for the product.

You'll notice a new support button in the top right corner of your screen.

Click on it and you'll see three options. Report an issue. Easily log an issue, and even attach a screenshot without leaving the page.

Suggest a feature. This links you directly to our public SwiftFox roadmap where you can see what we're working on, and you can submit your own ideas at the bottom of the page. Or, get help. Depending on your query. You'll be directed to live chat with SwiftFox AI, view a video walkthrough in the SwiftFox Academy, or pass the issue to a member of our Customer Experience team.
