Beyond the Profile and Contacts and Roles tabs, a Contact profile gathers activity and history across several specialised tabs. Availability depends on the contact type and your configuration.

Financial tab

A complete financial picture for the contact:

  • Snapshot — a summary of the contact's financial position.
  • Subscriptions — active and past subscriptions.
  • Receipts — payments received.
  • Invoices — invoices raised.
  • Tickets purchased — event tickets bought.

Payment Sources sits at the top left of the Financial tab and lists the contact's saved payment methods — for example a card showing its brand, last four digits and expiry. If the contact has none, this area shows This record has no payment sources. Each payment source has a ⋯ menu with:

  • Edit Expiry — update the stored expiry details.
  • Reveal provider IDs — open a panel showing the identifiers your payment gateway holds for this payment method, for cross-referencing transactions between SwiftFox and the gateway. The identifiers shown depend on the provider — for a Stripe card, for example, the panel shows the Payment Method ID and Customer ID as links.
  • Delete — remove the payment source.

Accreditation tab

Track continuing professional development (CPD):

  • View the contact's goals / CPD requirements.
  • Add CPD line items as activities are completed.
  • Review the full CPD history table.

Projects tab

Shows project rows the contact is tagged in.

  1. Open the Projects tab to see each project the contact is associated with. Use the Cards / Table toggle to switch how the rows are presented.
  2. Open a row drawer to edit the row, create a task, and add comments.

A contact appears here because a project row references them — for example through a Record column on the project table set to that person or organisation.

Deleted projects do not appear. If a project is deleted, its rows drop off the contact's Projects tab straight away, so the tab only ever reflects projects that still exist. If the contact has no rows in any remaining project, the tab shows Contact is not in any projects, visit Projects to add contact to a project!

Insights tab

Visualise the contact's engagement:

  • Email metrics — graphs of delivery, open, click and bounce activity over the contact's history.
  • Event RSVP status — a summary of how the contact has responded to event invitations.
  • Detailed stats — switch to table views listing all emails and all events.
  • Export — export the contact's event history if needed.

Posts tab

The contact's activity feed:

  • View posts the contact has authored, is mentioned in, or is about.
  • Use the view filters to control which post types show (for example hide system or bulk posts).

Cases tab

  • View cases the contact is the author of or is mentioned in.

Tasks tab

  • View tasks assigned to or mentioning the contact.
  • Assign new tasks to the contact (also available from the Create task quick action).

Map tab

  • Visualise any of the contact's geocoded addresses on a map.
  • Open Google Maps for additional context.

Only geocoded addresses (bullseye icon) appear on the Map tab — see Contacts & Roles: contact details, unsubscribe, addresses and geocoding.
