Shared Home pages are managed from the 3-dot menu at the end of the tab bar. From Edit current page you can rename a page, set it as the default users land on, control who can access and change it, clone it and delete it. This guide covers all of those page-level controls.

Open the page settings

Click the 3-dot menu at the end of the tab bar and choose Edit current page. The popover gives you access to:

  • Name — rename the page.
  • Set as default.
  • Permissions (the visibility control, shown as Everyone / Current Circle / Only me).
  • Clone.
  • Delete.
  • Save.

Rename a page

  1. Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page.
  2. Edit the page Name.
  3. Save to apply.

Set the default page

The default page is the one users land on at login:

  1. Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page.
  2. Tick Set as default.
  3. Save.

With a default set, users land on that shared page when they log in. (Default applies to shared pages.)

Manage permissions

Permissions control who can access a shared page and who can change it:

  1. Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page.
  2. Click the visibility control to open Edit permissions.
  3. Choose a preset — Everyone, Current Circle or Only me — or add specific access for a User, User group or Circle, each with an access level (for example Full Access).
  4. Click Apply, then Save.

Use permissions to keep a shared page focused — for example, allowing a wide audience to view it while limiting who can edit its widgets and layout. You can Reset to default at any time.

Clone a page

Cloning creates a copy of an existing Home page, which is a fast way to start a new page from a layout that already works:

  1. Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page.
  2. Choose Clone.
  3. The page is duplicated; rename and adjust the clone as needed, then Save.

Delete a page

  1. Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page.
  2. Choose Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting a shared page removes it for everyone who can see it, so delete with care.

Save changes

After any page-level change — renaming, setting default, adjusting permissions, or rearranging widgets — click Save from Edit current page to persist it.

Notes

  • These controls apply to shared (created) pages. My homepage is private and is not shared or set as a default for others.
  • Because shared-page edits affect everyone who can see the page, use Permissions to control who can change a page.
