Where do I find dashboards?
Open Dashboards in the left-hand menu. That lands you on Dashboard Centre, which lists the dashboards provisioned for your account in a panel on the left.
Can I build my own dashboard?
No. Dashboards are added on the back end by the SwiftFox team. Contact your account manager to discuss a build.
How do I export a dashboard?
Open it and click Export dashboard as PDF (top-right).
How do I rearrange and resize widgets?
Drag a widget using the dots at its top-right to move it, and drag the bottom-right corner to resize it. Then click Save dashboard layout to keep the arrangement.
How do I reset to the default layout?
Click Reset dashboard layout on the dashboard.
Can I download table data?
Yes. On table widgets, use the Download icon (top-right of the widget) to get a CSV. Chart and number-tile widgets do not offer it.
Can I sort a table widget?
Yes. Click a column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse — a column sorted descending shows a downward arrow (▼). The sort persists, so it is still applied next time you open the dashboard.
What does the information icon on a widget do?
Hover a widget's top-right and click the widget information icon to see a short description of what that widget measures — for example The total number of cases. Not every widget has one.
What's the difference between Parameters and Filter?
Parameters are the named inputs a dashboard was built to take, such as Date From; setting one takes effect straight away. Filter opens a Filtering panel where you build your own Where conditions, either dashboard-wide or per widget, and click Apply filter. A dashboard only shows the controls it has been built with, so some show one, both, or neither. See the guide on filtering a dashboard.
Why doesn't a Home-page widget I added load?
That widget isn't supported yet for Home pages. Support may be added later.
Which dashboards are standard?
Standard dashboards are the ones SwiftFox builds for general reporting needs rather than for a single account. Engagement, Finance and Events have been cited as examples, but which standard dashboards are switched on varies by account — check Dashboard Centre to see what yours has.
What's the difference between standard and account-specific dashboards?
Standard (universal) dashboards are available across accounts; account-specific (bespoke) dashboards are custom-built for your account's particular requirements.
