The Swiftfox Campaign Calendar widget gives you an at-a-glance view of scheduled Events and Emails directly on your Home page. It shows only the items you have permission to see, and lets you open each item or download it to your profile.
What it shows
The Campaign Calendar pulls in scheduled Events and Emails that you have access to. Visibility is permission-based — you will only see items you are allowed to view.
Add the widget
- Click Add widget (bottom-right).
- Select Swiftfox Campaign Calendar.
- Position and resize it as needed (see Widgets: adding, arranging, resizing and saving layout).
Choose a view
Change the calendar view using the view controls on the calendar. The available views are:
- Month
- Week
- Day
- Agenda
Pick the view that best suits how you want to scan upcoming campaigns.
Navigate dates
Use the Today, Back and Next controls at the top of the calendar to jump to the current date or step forward and back through dates (for example, to the next or previous month, week or day).
Open an item
- Click an Event or Email on the calendar.
- A drawer opens showing the item's details.
- From the drawer you can: - Open the item in its module — go to the Event or Email itself. - Download to your profile — save the item (for example, download an event to your profile).
Download an event
To download an event from the calendar, click the event to open its drawer, then select the download to your profile option in the drawer.
Notes and limitations
- The calendar only displays Events and Emails you have permission to see — items outside your access will not appear.
- The calendar reflects scheduled items, so it is a forward-looking planning view of your campaign activity.
