About the role
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for helping existing SwiftFox customers get the most value from the platform. Working as part of the Customer Experience Team, you’ll build strong relationships with customers, provide ongoing guidance and technical advice, promote new features, help resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and success.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers continue to grow their use of SwiftFox long after implementation.
What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and account reviews.
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
- Promote new features and best practice use of SwiftFox.
- Assist customers with configuration, workflow improvements and technical questions.
- Work alongside the Support Team to resolve more complex customer issues.
- Coordinate customer feedback and feature requests with the Product Team.
- Identify customers at risk and proactively improve engagement.
- Support customer retention by delivering an outstanding ongoing experience.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role — account management, customer success or technical support — with SaaS platforms.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Technical confidence — comfortable with platform configuration, workflows and troubleshooting.
- The ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation across a portfolio of accounts.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
Your skills
- Experience with CRM, membership or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with associations, not-for-profits or member-based organisations.
- Familiarity with customer adoption metrics and retention practices.
