About the role

We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer with strong C#/.NET experience who is equally comfortable working across front-end and back-end systems. You’ll bring particular strength in modern front-end development and help lift front-end capability across the team.

You’ll use AI development tools effectively while maintaining a high standard of engineering judgement and code quality, and you’ll contribute across the entire software delivery lifecycle — from solution design through to deployment and operational support.

What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain features across the full stack using C#/.NET, React and TypeScript.
• Champion front-end quality, consistency and best practices across the team.
• Review code — including AI-generated code — to identify technical risks, maintainability concerns, performance issues and architectural inconsistencies.
• Analyse complex technical issues and identify practical solutions.
• Mentor other developers and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute across the delivery lifecycle, from solution design through to deployment and operational support.

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET development.
• Full-stack development capability, including React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture and user experience, as well as back-end architecture, APIs and business logic.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, code structure and maintainability, framework best practices and appropriate design patterns.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern React patterns, front-end architecture and emerging industry standards.
• Experience working effectively with AI-assisted development tools, with the judgement to validate and improve AI-generated code before it reaches production.
• Strong analytical thinking, pragmatic problem solving and a self-directed approach to learning new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ownership of technical outcomes.

Nice to have

Not required, but a bonus if you bring:

• Experience with Linux environments and system administration.
• Understanding of containers and containerised applications, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and cloud-native application deployment.
• Comfort troubleshooting across application, infrastructure and deployment layers.
