About the role

We’re looking for someone to help build AI agents. You don’t need to be a software engineer — instead, you’ll work closely with our team to turn written briefs into working AI agents.

You’ll receive clear instructions describing what an agent needs to do. Your job is to use AI tools to build, refine, test and improve those agents until they perform reliably. Think of yourself as the bridge between business ideas and working AI solutions.

What you’ll do

• Turn written briefs into working AI agents.
• Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot to develop agent behaviour.
• Test agents against real-world scenarios.
• Refine prompts and instructions to improve quality and consistency.
• Document how agents work.
• Identify where agents can be improved over time.
• Help build a growing library of reusable AI agents for SwiftFox.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to know how to code. We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves experimenting with AI.
• Enjoys solving problems.
• Thinks logically and pays attention to detail.
• Can follow a brief and improve it through testing.
• Is curious and enjoys learning new AI tools.
• Can communicate clearly in writing.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.

Your skills
