We are excited to share the latest updates to SwiftFox, designed to help you work smarter and achieve more.

Here’s a roundup of our favourite new features:

Merge fields in SMS campaigns

SMS campaigns now support the full range of merge fields that have been available in email campaigns.

You can set fallback values if a contact is missing a field, making your SMS campaigns more personalised and flexible.

Field visits on mobile

Our new field visits feature helps your team collect data and engage with contacts on the go.

We have now improved the mobile experience, so field visits are easier to manage directly from your phone.

Enhanced user account creation

While most organisations manage user access through Microsoft or Google, you now have more options for creating user accounts without needing these platforms.

This makes it easier to grant access to people outside your organisation.

Update data table custom fields from forms

Custom field data tables are a popular way to store structured data on contact profiles.

Forms can now update these custom fields directly, allowing you to add new rows to a contact’s data table profile quickly and consistently.

Export lists to Meta Ads for targeted campaigns

SwiftFox now integrates with Meta Ads.

Build an audience in the list builder, sync it directly to Meta, and run targeted campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with ease.

Build lists from campaign data

It is now simpler to create lists based on engagement with your email campaigns. For example, you can build a list of everyone who has opened one of your emails in the last month in a few clicks.

Exclude people from another list

You can now include or exclude contacts from other lists — even live lists — when building a new one. This gives you more control over your final audience.

For example, you might combine your donor and subscriber lists into a new “supporters” list. Because it’s live, it will stay up to date automatically as those source lists change.
