We’ve been busy at SwiftFox and we’re excited to share a roundup of recent updates that will make event management and list building even more powerful for your team.
Here’s what’s new
Easier profile management with the new merge tool
While SwiftFox already has built in tools to help prevent duplicates at the point of data entry, we know duplicates can still occur, especially in busy environments where there’s lots of integrations.
Our new merge tool makes it much easier to manage and consolidate duplicates, with full control over which profile to keep and what data gets preserved. And it’s not just basic contact info—the tool intelligently merges everything from communications and event participation to financial data, accreditations, interests and more.
This means cleaner records, fewer headaches and a more accurate database.

Improved event management tools
We’ve added new features to help you manage events more effectively
Table Bookings
You can now set up and manage table bookings for events. This is perfect for structured seating like conferences and gala dinners and includes dedicated capacity controls separate from individual ticketing.
Capacity Tracking Updates
Events now calculate capacity based on tickets rather than individual attendees, which is ideal for events where one person may book multiple places.
Form and Call Enhancements
You can now add contacts to events directly from a call record and enjoy improved confirmation processes through forms.

List Builder Enhancements
We’re in the final stages of a full overhaul of the SwiftFox List Builder. Thank you to everyone who’s provided feedback and helped shape this major upgrade.
The new List Builder is more powerful and flexible with features including
Age and Birthday Filtering
Easily build lists based on age ranges or birthdays.
Improved Area Based Search
More control when targeting contacts by detailed locations.
What’s Coming Next
Coming soon a map based search tool that lets you draw directly on a map to define your list area. We’re looking forward to sharing more on this feature shortly.
Over the coming months we’ll begin helping every client transition to the new List Builder. You’ll have a chance to use both side by side before we retire the old version later this year.
Log in to SwiftFox to explore these updates and see what’s new.
Have a great week.
