Elevate with Financial Plans, custom field & tags in settings and more

Our developers have been busy adding new features to SwiftFox.

Here are some of the highlights from the latest update:

Full self service Financial Plan Management

You can now manage your own membership and subscription plans directly in SwiftFox. The new Finance > Plans section allows you to create plan categories, set plan fees, and configure the options needed to manage memberships and subscriptions. Advanced options such as common period and anniversary memberships are configurable.

Previously this was managed by our development team, but it can now be configured directly in the platform. This change is part of our focus on giving organisations greater control of their own CRM.

New Custom Field and Tag settings page

Custom fields are now managed directly in the Settings menu, rather than on people and organisation profiles.

Centralising this process makes it more consistent and prepares the way for upcoming enhancements, including custom fields on posts and cases. We’re excited to share more updates in this space shortly.

List Builder Mail Merge aggregation and export

Avoid sending duplicate letters with the new Mail Merge Aggregation Export.

You can group recipients by household or family, configure titles and formatting, and generate CSVs ready for creating mail merged documents. Contacts included in the export are automatically tagged for communication history.

Filtering enhancements in Action Centres

Action Centres in SwiftFox now support column filtering, giving you more flexibility to view and refine data directly in SwiftFox.

Goals Activity Action Centre

For organisations managing professional development, learning, or accreditation with SwiftFox, we have introduced an improved Goals Activity Action Centre.

This new view makes it easier to manage activities in one place, approve pending points, and quickly filter or search for specific records.
