Case management dashboard
Get sharper insights into your case management with a dashboard that actually shows what’s happening. Filter by who’s working on what, track cases by custom fields, and see status breakdowns at a glance. Plus, tag‑based reporting and custom columns in your recent cases table mean less digging, more doing.
Organisation Action Centre
See your entire organisational structure in one clean, interactive view. The Organisation Tree Map shows parent organisations at the top, with all their sub‑organisations nested underneath. Expand any branch to explore the full hierarchy—no more hunting through individual records or trying to map out relationships in your head.
Hours and points tracking
