We’re excited to share a roundup of our favourite new features from the latest SwiftFox update.

Homepage refresh

We’ve released a refreshed homepage design and an update to the SwiftFox theme.

This marks the first step in our major ongoing UI and UX overhaul - we’re excited to continually improve the look and feel of SwiftFox to make it even easier and more enjoyable to use.

Show list activity on profile

In the Insights tab on a person’s profile, you can now see all the Lists they belong to.

You can remove them from static Lists, add them to others, or click through to the List Builder to see who else is on the same List.

Self-service Action Centre builder

You can now build your own Action Centres directly in SwiftFox.

Define the criteria, choose which columns appear, and experiment to get it right for your team.

There’s no need to contact our team or wait for setup – you have full control to create and manage your own Action Centres.

This has been a long-term project and we’re excited to put it in your hands.

Custom fields for posts & cases

You now have complete flexibility to configure your Posts and Cases to capture post and case data in a structured way that suits your organisation.

Administrators can add custom fields of different types, including dropdowns, numbers and date fields - you can also use tags to define different types of Posts and Cases, each with their own unique custom fields.

Default Case and Post values

You can also set default values for custom fields on Posts and Cases.

Defaults can be configured for each user group – for example, all Posts created by your Stakeholder Management team could automatically be tagged as “Stakeholder”.

This helps maintain consistency and saves time for your team.

Export limits and approvals

System administrators can now set limits on the number of records that can be exported from the List Builder.

For example, you might allow users in one role to export up to 10,000 contacts without requiring approval.

There’s also a new Approvals screen, where designated approvers can review and approve or reject export requests.

This helps ensure strong governance and oversight around data exports.

Reorder feature menu

System administrators can now reorder items in the left-hand menu - please note that any changes will apply to all users in your environment!

Data tables Action Centre

For those using custom field Data Tables to store structured information on a contact’s profile, SwiftFox now supports Action Centres built from these data tables.

You can now create an Action Centre showing all Data Table rows across your system – giving you even more powerful ways to analyse and act on your data.
