Spotlight: Quiz mode on Forms
Things have changed
00:00:00:16 - 00:00:07:48
Hey Everyone.! Luke from the SwiftFox team and today I'm going to be showing you how to use one of our newest form upgrades - Point-based form scoring.
00:00:08:01 - 00:00:18:17
This feature is perfect for things like eligibility checks, quizzes, or self-assessments - anywhere you need to assign scores to answers. Let's take a look
00:00:18:21 - 00:00:26:17
Here I've got a basic form set up I'm going to click into this yes no question. And over on the right I'll toggle on Enable Points.
00:00:26:21 - 00:00:32:37
Now I can assign points. Let's say that yes gets 5 points and no it gets 0.
00:00:32:41 - 00:00:43:39
You can also score questions that require numbered answers. Just toggle enable points and the number the user enters becomes their score. You can even cap it with a max value if needed.
00:00:43:43 - 00:00:51:21
To give user this live feedback, I'm going to add the new quiz progress block. This shows the total points as they move through the form.
00:00:51:25 - 00:01:01:36
When someone submits the form, their total score is saved to the response. This makes it super easy to run automations, check eligibility, or track progress without needing any spreadsheets.
00:01:01:40 - 00:01:05:23
And that's it! Form scoring is now live in your SwiftFox builder.
00:01:05:27 - 00:01:10:20
