It's now possible for any new or existing automations to send SMS messages to your contacts. So let's have a look.

Here we have an automation that handles responses to our feedback survey. Since SMS typically gets better response right.

So we're going to add it in as an additional communication channel alongside our thank you email.

In the target dropdown you'll see options for message recipients. I'll select the form respondents mobile number.

If you have multiple numbers registered in SwiftFox, you can choose which one to send from, then compose your message. You'll also find the standard unsubscribe options here. Add your action and that's it!
