Hey everyone, it's Olivia from SwiftFox. Today we're going to explore a new group ticket feature in SwiftFox Events that makes managing multi-person bookings easier than ever. Let's jump right in and take a look.

When setting up tickets for your event, you'll now see two options; general tickets and group tickets. Selecting Group ticket reveals a new field for group size. This determines how many seats can be purchased under a single ticket.

Simply set your group size, then configure standard options like ticket name, price, capacity, description criteria and financial settings.

After sending invitations, you can track and group ticket purchases in the invite section under the bookings tab. Here you see all purchased group tickets and their payment status. You can edit each group booking to individually assigned seats and update their status.

If you add someone to a ticket who wasn't on the original invite list, they'll be automatically added to the invite, allowing you to track their participation and send them email and SMS updates.
