Hi there. It's Luke from SwiftFox. We've recently made some changes to how SwiftFox handles email records. Now, as someone who uses SwiftFox daily, I know how important it is to keep track of our email communications efficiently.

Previously, whenever you sent an email SwiftFox would create a post on each of the recipients profiles. Now, while this helped keep everything in one place, it could make your feeds a little bit clustered, especially when sending off larger email campaigns.

That's why we're introducing a dedicated Email History tab within the Insights tab on a profile. Let me show you within SwiftFox.

Here's a standard SwiftFox profile. The feed on the right is normally where you would find email history. While past email records will remain there. The new logs will now appear in the insights tab under Detailed Stats.

The Email History table uses the same familiar layout as the event history. Making it really easy to navigate. Each row shows a single email interaction with these details, the recipient's email address, the campaign name, and of course, the status of the email whether it be sent, delivered or opened or clicked.

So what does this all mean? Your future emails will automatically be logged in this new table. Your feed will stay clean and focused on important activities, and the system will run more smoothly with improved performance.
