As we head towards the end of the year and into the Christmas break, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you for being part of the SwiftFox community in 2025.

This year has been a huge one for us. We’ve delivered well over 500 new features, enhancements and improvements across the platform. That includes major updates such as creating and managing your own Action Centres, creating and updating Plans, and the rollout of a significantly enhanced List Builder, just to name a few.

A large amount of this work has come directly from your feedback and ideas. SwiftFox continues to evolve because you use it in real, demanding ways and tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what you need next. We genuinely appreciate that partnership.

I also want to acknowledge your patience at times throughout the year. Delivering change at pace means managing a high volume of updates, and occasionally issues do arise. We’re grateful for your understanding as we continue to balance speed with a strong focus on quality, stability and performance.

Looking ahead to 2026, I wanted to share a few high-level focus areas that we’ll expand on in more detail in the new year.

First, finance and invoicing.

In early 2026, we are planning a major overhaul of our invoicing and finance capabilities, moving towards an invoice-first model. Under this approach, invoices sit at the centre of billing in SwiftFox. When a membership, ticket or other purchase is created or changed, an invoice is generated and becomes the source of truth for what’s owed, what’s been paid, and what’s overdue.

Payments are applied to invoices rather than directly to memberships, making balances, arrears and payment history clearer and easier to understand. Our aim is to deliver simpler, more transparent billing that aligns with standard accounting practices, supported by clear guidance and transition support.

Second, automations.

Throughout 2025 we’ve continued to expand what automations can do across SwiftFox. Beyond forms and emails, new capabilities introduced this year include text-based automations, conditional and delayed logic, and receipt-triggered automations.

We know there is still significant untapped potential here, and in early 2026 we’ll be sharing more detail on how this area will continue to evolve. Our goal is to give you powerful tools to set up workflows once, and let SwiftFox handle the rest.

And finally, SwiftFox AI.

This represents the biggest shift ahead.

Throughout 2025 we’ve been laying the foundations for SwiftFox AI, with a focus on rethinking how people interact with a CRM. Instead of clicking through menus and workflows, you’ll be able to simply ask SwiftFox to do something and it will do it for you

Creating lists, building events, sending communications, pulling insights and logging interactions - you tell SwiftFox what to do, and it does it. We know this will fundamentally change how people use SwiftFox, and over time how people expect CRM software to work

We’ve included a short preview video with this message to give you an early sense of the direction we’re heading in.

Alongside this innovation, I want to be very clear about a couple of fundamentals for 2026:

  • System stability and performance will continue to be a major focus for us.
  • Communication will be lifted another level, including how we share our roadmap, explain deployments, and keep you informed on requests and fixes.

All of this sits under a simple goal for the year ahead: making SwiftFox easier to use, easier to understand, and even more effective at helping you do your work.

On behalf of everyone at SwiftFox, thank you again for your partnership and support this year. The journey is moving quickly, and SwiftFox continues to get stronger.

We wish you, your families and your friends a wonderful Christmas and a safe, restful break.
