Manage group bookings with ease

Today we’re going to explore our new group ticket feature in SwiftFox Events that makes managing multi-person bookings easier than ever.

Creating a Group Ticket

When setting up tickets for your event, you'll now see two options: general tickets and group tickets. Selecting 'group ticket' reveals a new field for group size - this determines how many seats can be purchased under a single ticket.

Simply set your group size, then configure standard options like ticket name, price, capacity, description, criteria, and financial settings.

Manage Group Bookings

After sending invitations, you can track group ticket purchases in the "Invite list" section under the "bookings" tab. Here you'll see all purchased group tickets and their payment status. You can edit each group booking to individually assign seats and update their status. If you add someone to a ticket who wasn't on the original invite list, they'll be automatically added to the invite, allowing you to track their participation and send them email or SMS updates.

This streamlined system ensures you can easily manage large group bookings while maintaining accurate attendee records.
