The Visits landing page is the main Visits screen, titled Visits with the subtitle Plan and manage visit lists. It lists every visit list in your account in a table, with a per-visit breakdown of progress so you can see at a glance how each run is tracking. The Create visit list button sits at the top-right, and search, pin, and hide-columns controls sit above the table.

Columns

The table shows the following for each visit list:

  • Name — the name you gave the run when you created it.
  • Survey — the survey (Form) attached to the visit.
  • Total — the total number of addresses (locations) in the run.
  • Successful — addresses where Contact made was recorded.
  • Unsuccessful — addresses where Nobody available was recorded.
  • Unattempted — addresses marked Skipped.
  • Not Yet Visited — addresses that have not been actioned yet.

Each row also has a green icon to open and work the visit, a second icon, and a ⋯ menu for further actions.

Reading the outcome breakdown

The in-field actions you record at each address roll up into these columns:

  • Contact made → Successful
  • Nobody available → Unsuccessful
  • Skipped → Unattempted
  • (addresses not yet actioned appear under Not Yet Visited)

Together, the Successful, Unsuccessful, Unattempted, and Not Yet Visited columns add up to the Total and show how complete the run is. Use this breakdown to gauge progress, redistribute remaining doors among the team, or decide when a run is finished.

Opening a visit

To open a visit and start (or continue) working it, click the button at the end of the row. This opens the Visit Entry screen for that run, where you select addresses and record outcomes.

Notes

  • The landing page reflects outcomes in near real time as your team records them at the door, so the breakdown changes as the run progresses.
  • A door where Contact made is recorded also creates a Post on the contact and adds the entry to the contact's profile — see Outcomes (Contact made / Nobody available / Skipped) & posts to a contact.
