A live list automatically updates based on your search criteria. Think of it as a dynamic view of your data that stays current without any manual updates. Perfect for tracking ongoing changes in your data, creating real time reports, and building dynamic dashboards. For example, if you create a live list of all Victorian members, it will automatically update as people join or leave Victoria.

A fixed list captures a snapshot of your data at a specific moment. Once created, it won't change unless you manually update it. Ideal for event planning, marketing campaigns, and year end reporting.

After creating your list and setting your criteria. Navigate to the final action screen. Simply click Save as New Fixed List. Give it a name and you're all set.
