You'll see these key building blocks that make up the accreditation system: Accreditation Snapshot block, gives your contacts a clear view of their progress. Goals block, shows what they're working towards. Activity block, the command centre for viewing and managing logged activities.

As an administrator, you can choose whether contacts can add new activities for accreditation. Tracking or if they should only be able to view their logged activities. If you do like contacts, add activities. You can control how SwiftFox handles these submissions. When a contact logs a new accreditation activity, SwiftFox can apply different approval statuses based on your organisation's requirements.

To configure this setting, open your Activity Block settings and choose the default approval status. Set it to pending if you want to review activities before points are awarded, or choose approved to automatically add points when activities are logged.
