Welcome to this tutorial on generating documents from your SwiftFox profiles. Today we'll explore how to create data rich documents efficiently using your contacts information.

Before we begin, you'll need a template already uploaded to SwiftFox. If you haven't created one yet, check out our previous template creation tutorial. Let's dive into a profile.

On the right hand side, you'll find the Quick Actions panel with our handy Generate Document button.

When you select this, a drawer opens displaying all your templates. Choose the document template you want to use, and SwiftFox will scan the document, identify all required fields, and automatically populate them with your profile's information. If any details are missing or need adjustment, you can make changes here.

Once everything looks right, click Create Document. Once complete, you'll find your newly generated document posted directly to the profile's feed ready for download.

Since this appears as a post, you can easily collaborate by adding comments or assigning tasks to your colleagues, making document generation both simple and collaborative.
