Widgets — adding, arranging, resizing and saving layout

Your Home page is assembled from widgets — tiles you add, position and size to build the layout you want. This guide covers adding widgets, arranging and resizing them, removing them, and saving your layout so it persists.

The widgets you can add

From Add widget (bottom-right) you can choose from:

• Swiftfox Campaign Calendar — scheduled Events and Emails you have access to.
• Data Widget — a Dashboard widget added to your Home page. Choosing it opens a Settings panel where you pick the dashboard and the widget to show — see Data Widget (showing a Dashboard widget on your Home page).
• Swiftfox Activity Feed — posts and account activity.
• My Tasks — tasks assigned to you.
• Search Analytics — mini dashboards built from List Builder criteria.

Retired widgets: The Weather and Notifications widgets have been retired and can no longer be added. Older accounts that already have them keep them (grandfathered), but they are no longer supported.

Add a widget

1. Open the Home page tab you want to edit (My homepage or a shared page).
2. Click Add widget in the bottom-right of the page.
3. Select the widget you want from the list.
4. The widget is placed on your Home page, ready to position.

Arrange (move) a widget

1. Point at the widget's header (the top bar of the widget).
2. Drag the header to the position you want on the page.
3. Release to drop the widget into place. Other widgets reflow around it.

Resize a widget

1. Hover over the bottom-right corner of the widget.
2. Drag the corner outward to make the widget larger, or inward to make it smaller.
3. Release when the widget is the size you want.

Remove a widget

If you no longer need a widget, remove it from the page:

1. Open the widget's 3-dot menu (top-right of the widget) to open its Settings panel.
2. Scroll to Remove widget and click Remove widget.

The Data Widget is the exception: its Settings panel offers Delete this widget instead, and removes the tile immediately with no confirmation step.

Removing a widget from a shared page removes it for everyone who can see that page.

Save your layout

Moving, resizing, adding or removing widgets are layout changes that must be saved to persist:

1. Click the 3-dot menu at the end of the tab bar and choose Edit current page.
2. Click Save.

Your widget arrangement is now stored for that tab.

Important notes

• On a shared page, layout changes affect everyone who can see the page once saved.
• On My homepage, layout changes are private to you.
• Always Save from the tab's Edit current page menu after rearranging — otherwise your changes may not be kept.
