Retired widget: The Weather widget has been retired and can no longer be added to a Home page. Accounts that already have it keep it (grandfathered), but it is no longer supported. The information below describes the widget for accounts that still have it.
The Weather widget displays current weather for a location you choose, directly on your Home page. It is a simple, at-a-glance tile that is especially useful if your work depends on conditions — for example, planning outdoor events.
What it does
The Weather widget shows the weather for a chosen location. You set the location, and the widget displays the weather for that place.
Set the location
- On the Weather widget, choose the location you want weather for.
- The widget updates to display the weather for that location.
Arrange and save
- Drag the widget by its header to position it, and resize from the bottom-right corner if needed.
- Open the tab's 3-dot menu → Edit current page and choose Save to keep the widget and its location.
Notes
- On a shared page, the Weather widget and its chosen location are visible to everyone who can see the page.
- On My homepage, the widget is private to you.
