The Contacts tab on an Organisation profile lists every person connected to that organisation through a role. You can change how those contacts are displayed using the four view options at the top right of the tab: Cards, Grouped, Table and Historic.
Alongside the view switcher, the tab also provides Add person (to connect a new contact to the organisation), a Filter people by name search, and an Export option.
Cards
The default view. Each person connected to the organisation appears as an individual card, alongside the organisation's own card. Cards give a quick, visual scan of who is associated with the organisation.
Grouped
A table of the associated contacts grouped by their category type, with a heading for each group (for example, contacts with no category are shown under Uncategorised). This gives clear segmentation and an oversight of the contacts by category type. Each group shows the columns First Name, Last Name, Position, From and To, along with a row count, and you can pin, hide and sort the columns.
Table
A single table of all the associated contacts with no grouping, using the same columns as the Grouped view (First Name, Last Name, Position, From and To). Use this when you want one flat list rather than category groupings.
Historic
Shows the organisation's historic (ended) relationships — contacts and roles that were once connected to the organisation but have since ended. Each entry includes the From and To dates and the Position held, giving a historical record of who was connected to the organisation and when. If the organisation has no ended relationships, this view shows No Results.
Setting a default view
Cards is the default view when you open an organisation's Contacts tab. If you would prefer a different default — for example, always opening on the Table view — contact SwiftFox support and they can configure the default Contacts view for your environment.
