There are two ways to get data out of a dashboard: export the whole dashboard as a PDF, or download an individual table widget as a CSV.
Export the whole dashboard as a PDF
Use the Export dashboard as PDF button at the top-right of the page.
- Open the dashboard from the left-hand tab.
- Click Export dashboard as PDF (top-right).
- Download the generated PDF.
The PDF captures the dashboard as it currently appears, so apply any filters and arrange the layout the way you want before exporting.
Download a table widget as a CSV
Downloading to CSV is available on table widgets only, using the Download icon at the top-right of that widget.
- Locate the table widget on your dashboard.
- Click the widget's Download icon (top-right of the widget).
- Save the resulting CSV file.
Notes
- The PDF export covers the entire dashboard; the CSV download covers a single table widget.
- Chart and number-tile widgets do not offer a CSV download — CSV is specific to table widgets.
