Every person and organisation profile has a Cases tab that shows the cases related to that contact. On the profile of a SwiftFox user, the Cases tab also includes a toggle (top right) that changes which set of cases is shown.
The Cases tab on a profile
- Open a person or organisation profile.
- Go to the Cases tab.
- Review the standard cases table for that contact.
Mentions in cases vs Authored by (SwiftFox users)
On a SwiftFox user's profile, a toggle in the top right of the Cases tab switches between:
- Mentions in cases — cases the user is referenced or involved in.
- Authored by — cases the user created.
Switch between the two to see either the cases that involve the user or the cases the user originated. This toggle appears only on SwiftFox user profiles — standard contact profiles that are not users show the cases table without it.
Notes
- The table on the Cases tab is the same standard cases table used elsewhere; the toggle only changes the set of cases displayed.
- A case created with a contact in its Related to field appears on that contact's Cases tab.
