Dashboards and Action Centres visibility

Visibility of dashboards and action centres can be controlled by user group, so each group only sees the reporting and workspaces relevant to them.

How visibility works

• Dashboard and action centre visibility can be restricted per group.
• Access to use these features at all is also governed by the Dashboard and Action Centre group feature toggles (with Action Centre Management for creating and editing them) — see User Groups and role feature toggles.
• Together, the toggle decides whether a group can use the feature, and the visibility configuration decides which specific dashboards or action centres that group sees.

Restrict a dashboard or action centre by group

1. Confirm that you (or your administrator) have access to configure visibility.
2. Set the visibility so that only the intended group or groups can see the specific dashboard or action centre.
3. If the setting is not available to you, contact your system administrator or SwiftFox Support to apply the group-based visibility.

If you cannot see a dashboard or action centre you expect

1. Check with your system administrator first — your group may not have the relevant feature toggle enabled, or may not be included in the visibility for that item.
2. If your administrator cannot resolve it, SwiftFox Support can configure the visibility for the specific dashboard or action centre.

Note on setup

Configuring dashboard and action centre visibility may not be available to every user. If you do not have the option, it does not mean it cannot be done — it usually means the configuration sits with a system administrator or with SwiftFox Support.
