Outcomes you log during calls (No answer, Left voicemail, Schedule callback and so on) are stored against each Contact within that call list. From the Calls landing page you can turn those outcomes into new, focused follow-up queues so you only re-dial the Contacts who need it.
Where to build a follow-up queue
- Open Calls from the left navigation to reach the Calls landing page.
- Find the call list you've been working.
- Open the list's actions menu (the three-dot / Settings button on the row).
Queue types you can generate
From the actions menu you can create targeted sub-queues:
- Voicemail list — every Contact you tagged Left voicemail, for a second attempt or a different channel.
- Not answered — every Contact you tagged No answer, ready to retry.
- Callback later list — Contacts tagged Schedule callback, so you can call them at a better time.
Working a follow-up queue
A generated follow-up queue behaves like any other call list:
- It appears on the Calls landing page.
- Click the Start call button (the phone icon) beside it to open the in-call console.
- Work the queue the same way — complete the Survey, log new outcomes, and (if VoIP is set up) call and transcribe inside SwiftFox.
You can also stay within a single list and switch sub-queues using the console's Remaining dropdown (Voicemail / Call backs / No answer / Remaining).
Why this matters
Follow-up queues make repeat outreach efficient:
- You never re-dial completed Contacts — only the ones with the matching outcome.
- You can run multiple passes over the same audience (first attempt → no-answer retry → voicemail follow-up) and track each as its own list.
- Each follow-up queue keeps its own stats, so you can see how many of the retries connected.
Other per-list actions
The same actions menu also lets you Generate report, Edit, Rename or Delete the call list — see Call list management & stats.
