Open the console by clicking the Start call button (the phone icon) beside a call list on the Calls landing page. The console has a top bar, a horizontal action toolbar, a left pane showing the current Contact and their context tabs, and a right pane containing the call Survey.

Top bar — the current Contact

The top bar shows the current Contact's phone number in the centre. From here you can:

  • Leave — exit the console (top-left).
  • Connect call — set up an in-app (VoIP) call; this becomes a Dial button you click to place the call. (See VoIP & live transcription.) If you're not using VoIP, call the displayed number from your own phone and keep the console open.
  • Skip Call — skip the current Contact (top-right).

Action toolbar

Below the top bar, a horizontal toolbar holds the productivity actions and a queue filter:

  • Remaining (dropdown) — switch which sub-queue you're working: Voicemail, Call backs, No answer or Remaining.
  • Create task — opens the Task dialog, pre-filled with the current Contact, so you can log a follow-up without leaving the call.
  • Add to event — add the current Contact to an Event.
  • My activity — view your own calling activity and progress.
  • Call list — open the full queue so you can see everyone still to be called.

Left pane — the Contact and context tabs

The left pane shows the current Contact and gives you instant context across six tabs:

  • Profile — the Contact's basic details, including their age (matching the Visits screen), so callers have that context during the call.
  • Shared Number — every Contact that shares this phone number (useful for households or shared business lines).
  • Posts — the Contact's Post history.
  • Tasks — current and recent Tasks for the Contact.
  • Calls history — every prior call logged with this Contact.
  • Events — a table of the Contact's Event invites and their status; you can add the Contact to an Event using the Add to Event dropdown here.

Right pane — the Survey

The right pane displays the Survey (Form) attached to the call list. Fill it in as you talk to the Contact.

  • Complete the questions live during the call.
  • Click Complete survey to save the responses. Completing the Survey:
    • creates a Post on the Contact summarising the call, and
    • updates any Contact details that the Survey is linked to (survey-driven field updates).
  • If the call doesn't connect, use the Call didn't connect? controls at the bottom of the Survey pane instead — see Logging surveys & outcomes.

Moving through the queue

Work the queue one Contact at a time. After completing the Survey (or logging an outcome), SwiftFox advances to the next Contact in the list. Use Call list at any time to see what remains, My activity to track how many you've worked through, and the Remaining dropdown to focus on a particular sub-queue.
