The Automations landing page is the list of every automation in your account. Open it from Automations in the left menu. (If the menu item is missing, ask your system administrator to grant access.)
Columns shown for each automation
Each row in the list shows:
- Automation name — the automation's name (set in the top-left of the automation canvas).
- Last modified — when it was last edited.
- Created on — when the automation was first created.
- Status — for example On, Draft, or Off / Unpublished (see below).
- Created by — the user who created the automation.
- Quick actions — the overflow (three-dot) menu at the end of the row.
You can Search, Filter and Sort the list using the controls above the table.
Statuses explained
- On — the automation is published and live. It runs automatically every time its trigger fires.
- Draft — the automation has been saved and never published. It is not running. Use this while you are still building or testing. Note that an automation which has been published keeps the status On even when it has unpublished edits saved against it — the status reflects what is running, not what you have saved.
- Off / Unpublished — the automation was previously published but has been turned off. The full configuration is kept, but it will not run until you turn it back on.
The overflow (three-dot) menu
Click the three dots on any automation row to open its quick actions:
- Edit — open the automation on the canvas to change its trigger or actions.
- Unpublish — stop the automation running while keeping its configuration. You can publish it again later. Unpublishing does not delete anything.
- Rename — change the automation's name.
- Delete — remove the automation entirely. This cannot be undone — use Unpublish instead if you only want to pause it.
Unpublish vs Delete
- Unpublish stops execution but keeps the whole automation so you can switch it back on later.
- Delete permanently removes the automation and its configuration.
Creating a new automation from the list
- Click Create automation to open the automation canvas.
- Give the automation a name in the top-left of the canvas.
- Add a trigger, then add your actions, then Save without publishing to keep a draft or Publish changes to make it live.
