The Accreditation Action Centre gives you a whole-of-account view of accreditations, so you can monitor progress and export without opening individual records. It appears in the Action Centre menu as Goals — this label has not yet been updated to Accreditation in the product.
Opening it
Open the Action Centre and select Goals (search "goal" in the action centre list if you can't see it). It shows every accreditation across your account in one table.
Columns
- Name — the contact or organisation.
- Type — Person or Organisation.
- Created On — when the accreditation was added.
- Accreditation — the framework.
- Status — the accreditation's status.
- Hours — hours accrued vs required.
- Points — points accrued vs required.
- Achieved — whether requirements are met.
- Start Date / End Date — the accreditation period.
- Notes — text on the accreditation.
Filtering
Click Filter and add conditions on: Type, Created On, Accreditation, Status, Achieved, Start Date, End Date or Notes. Combine filters to segment the view.
Exporting
- Apply any filters you want, or leave them clear for the whole dataset.
- Click Export.
- Choose to export the entire dataset or the filtered subset currently shown.
Approving member-submitted activities
Activities submitted by members through the portal carry a Status and only count once approved by an administrator (unless auto-approval is enabled in Umbraco — see Member portal self-service). Review each submission's Documents, Notes and claimed hours or points before approving it, so credit is only granted against valid evidence.
Tips
- Use the Achieved and Status filters to build chase lists of members falling behind, then export and follow up (or segment in List Builder).
- If you can't see the Action Centre, contact support to have it enabled for your account.
