Text campaign results give you visibility into the delivery status of every individual message sent in an SMS campaign. Instead of seeing performance only at the campaign level, you can review results recipient by recipient — confirming who received a message and identifying who did not.

Results sit in the Texts feature under the Campaigns view and apply to campaigns that have already been sent.

What you can do

  • Open any previously sent SMS campaign.
  • View the full message content for the campaign.
  • View a table of all recipients included in the campaign.
  • See a delivery status for each recipient.
  • Export recipient-level results to CSV.

Viewing results for a sent campaign

  1. Open the Texts feature.
  2. Switch to the Campaigns view (toggle at the top right).
  3. Find a campaign with the status Sent.
  4. Open its actions menu (the ⋮ icon at the end of the row) and select View. The menu also offers Rename and Delete. (A Draft campaign's menu offers Edit in place of View, which opens the Bulk SMS Sender so you can keep working on it. Results are only available once a campaign has been sent.)
  5. A drawer slides out from the right showing the campaign name, its sent date, the Message content and a Recipients table.

Understanding the recipients table

The Recipients table lists everyone the campaign was sent to, with these columns:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Mobile — the recipient's mobile number.
  4. Status — the delivery status for that recipient.

Delivery statuses include:

  • Sent — the message was sent to the recipient.
  • Blocked — the message was not delivered. This usually means the recipient is unsubscribed, or there was an error such as an invalid mobile number.

Exporting text campaign results

  1. Open a sent campaign's results drawer (steps above).
  2. In the Recipients section, select Export.
  3. The results download as a CSV file, including recipient names, mobile numbers, the message and each delivery status.

Context and relationships

  • Text campaign results apply only to campaigns that have already been sent.
  • Delivery statuses help you spot deliverability issues such as unsubscribes or invalid numbers.
  • Exported CSV files can be used for auditing, troubleshooting or data cleanup.
  • Sends that contribute to these results are funded from your account's Communications Wallet.
