The Notifications and My Tasks widgets keep the things that need your attention on your Home page. Notifications surfaces activity directed at you, and My Tasks gives you a running summary of your assigned work.
Notifications widget
Retired widget: The Notifications widget has been retired and can no longer be added to a Home page. Accounts that already have it keep it (grandfathered), but it is no longer supported. Your notifications still appear in the top-right notifications area of SwiftFox. The information below describes the widget for accounts that still have it.
The Notifications widget shows activity that involves you, so you do not have to hunt for it across SwiftFox.
What it shows
The Notifications widget surfaces items such as:
- Mentions in posts — when you are tagged.
- Case assignments — when a case is assigned to you.
- Task assignments — when a task is assigned to you.
- Comment tags — when you are tagged in a comment.
Where notifications also appear
Notifications also appear in the top-right notifications area of SwiftFox.
My Tasks widget
The My Tasks widget gives you a summary of the tasks assigned to you, so your outstanding work is always in view on the Home page.
What it shows
- A summary of tasks assigned to you, with a Recently Completed section.
- Use it as a quick to-do view without leaving the Home page.
Add the widget
- Click Add widget (bottom-right).
- Select My Tasks.
- Position and resize it as needed.
Tip
Keep My Tasks near the top of your Home page so you can start each day by clearing what needs your attention.
