Quick answers to the questions that come up most often when working with the SwiftFox Home page and its widgets.
What's the difference between My homepage and other pages?
My homepage is visible and editable only by you. Pages created via Create new page are shared — their visibility is governed by permissions (everyone in your account by default), and edits to them update for everyone who can see them.
Where do notifications appear?
Notifications appear in the top-right notifications area of SwiftFox. (The Notifications widget has been retired and can no longer be added to a Home page, though older accounts may still have it.)
How do I save my widget layout?
After moving or resizing widgets, open the 3-dot menu at the end of the tab bar, choose Edit current page, and click Save.
How do I change the calendar view or navigate months?
Change the view on the Swiftfox Campaign Calendar (Month / Week / Day / Agenda), and navigate dates using the Today / Back / Next controls.
How do I build a quick KPI tile or chart?
Add the Search Analytics widget, open its 3-dot menu to reach Settings, choose a Visualisation type (Radial, Pie, Bar or Number), then click Add data point and set the type (People or Organisations), criteria, colour and name, and click Add.
Can I download an event from the calendar?
Yes. Click the event to open the drawer, then select the download to your profile option.
Who can see a shared Home page?
The users allowed by its permissions — everyone in your account by default. You can control who can access and change it through the page's Permissions in Edit current page.
How do I make everyone land on the same page at login?
Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page, tick Set as default, and Save. The default applies to shared pages.
Can I start a new page from an existing one?
Yes. Open the 3-dot menu → Edit current page and choose Clone to copy an existing Home page, then rename and adjust it.
Which widgets can I add to my Home page?
Swiftfox Campaign Calendar, Data Widget, Swiftfox Activity Feed, My Tasks and Search Analytics. The Weather and Notifications widgets have been retired and can no longer be added (older accounts may still have them).
